diagnosed bipolar in 2002. Depression all my life and suffer anxiety. My family is my anchor. Husband of 20 years who has put up my craziness and still loves me. Two grown kids (27 and 18). And granddaughter, Ariana 7. 2 cats and a fish.

LIKES

Family and country, reading gardening, needlework. Music Art Poetry, going out to dinner, clothes, shoes collecting stuff (I'm not a hoarder though) lots of other stuff

DISLIKES

Stupid people bullies, depression, bipolar, anxiety, ocd. Taking meds and not feeling better. Math.

Hi Andie ~ thanks for the response to my last blog. I wrote about my triggers in my newest one, but the onset of fall/winter is a big one for me too. I wonder why that is? I know seasonal changes affect the body physically, so maybe that has something to do with it. What are your plans for this long weekend? I don't have any as of yet...
