My name is Sarah.



I don't really come here much anymore. There's not really a lot to tell about me. I'm a perfectionist, terrified of being less than perfect. It creates a lot of problems. I know I'll never be perfect, but have not the ability to stop trying... and failing. I am completely uncomfortable in my own skin and despise myself more than I could put into words. I am well versed in the act of dissociation, both active and passive. It makes it so I can get away from myself. If I'm not involved in an activity that requires immediate attention, chances are I'm elsewhere in my mind. I can seem quite spacey and sometimes I can be really lame. I don't mean to be; It just happens. Most people don't think I'm that bad, I guess, which brings some relief. I wish I could stop trying so hard to be better. I wish I didn't worry so much about what other people think of me. Above all, I wish I could be pleased, or even satisfied, with myself.



I like kitties. My favorite season is fall. My sense of humor is a bit twisted. I enjoy frank and sincere honesty, blunt truth. I never really know what to say in these things to make myself look like a person you'd want to talk to...
