Depression Tribe

My dear little Vee... I certainly understand you not being able to be around DT much with your jobs. Hope you don't mind but I"m gong to miss you anyway. :) I know things WILL get better for you Hun. You *DO* need to try to stay caught up on your rest or your depression will get worse.

How have you been feeling? I'm doing sorta' ok. My moods have been strange I guess. I can feel pretty good one minute and the next I'm feeling low. This big house is SO quiet with everyone gone and you can't hear a sound most of the time. Soooo.... I'm listening to a lot of music and for me, that's not always a good thing. I remember when my X left me how quiet and empty the house was and that comes back I guess. It took me quite a while to get used to the quietness. At night we might have a car go by once every 5 minutes but my house is far enough from the road that I can't even hear that usually. I always do worse in the winter (which isn't even here yet) and especially at night.
