Depression

I am a young 59 year old woman who is in the prime of her life and just learing how to let go of her three kids because they are all grown and married, although I am very happy that they are on their own but the thought that my babies are now gone makes me sad. I guess you can call it the empty nest syndrome, but life goes on and you have to learn to live with it. I love life and I love to laugh and enjoy everyday. I am a very romantic person and I do still believe in romance although sad to say that has left my life also but again Life goes on. I love being alive and I love making friends. My friend told me about this site she said it helped her very much. So here I am and nice to meet you.

I like shopping,going for walks,dinner out,movies,going on vacations,cruises,taking long hot baths and just closing my eyes and thinking of nothing but relaxing.
