i have lost a family member before (an older sister) i have thought about giving more to people than yourself, but i hate my familie, i have lost hope, dream, life. thinking in a very difrent perspective is problaby some part of the depression, i hate my self too

i am very shy. i cant really open up for anyone. i have never been 100% open or even 80% ti my familie or friends
