I just compleated a three year degree in thatrical lighting design and am looking for a job.
I've been really struggling with depression since I was 11/12 (I recently realised is almost 10 years! which is almost half my life!) but I was always really scared of seeking help but eventually I did it and my therepist has been so supportive, I often wonder if i would still be here if it weren't for him.
unfortunatly, he's a counsillor at my university, and I have now graduated, so I have to find a new one. I'll keep you guys informed on changes.
