Depression Tribe

I've spent several years battling with my depression and anxiety and I still don't think I really know what I'm doing. For now, I work two jobs to pay the bills and try my best to go through the motions of living. I don't think I'm doing the best at it, as I'm falling behind on my worst 'symptom'. But for now, it has not impeded my work or bills. I have a few instinctual ways of dealing with my depression that are working for now. I am hoping they will be enough for me until I can find proper help and a more settled feeling in my current life.
