Off my meds right now and very depressed. I gain a LOT of weight (50 - 70 lbs. in 9 first mos.) on meds, and there's nothing I can do about that: 17 years of diet, exercise, changing meds, etc. hasn't helped. I lose it faster when I go off the meds, so not all is lost. Since I hurt my back this last go-round, I don't know which would kill me faster. It's hard to explain to acquaintances and coworkers why I've gone from a size 4 to 20 so quickly. Sure, it's none of their business, but it's hard to ignore.
