I'm single, 42 and work for a plastics company as the development manager. I hate that I have depression and wish that it was all over. I work really long hours.I want to be liked and hate upsetting people. I think I'm a nice person but doen't always feel that people think that of me. I find it really difficut in real life to show how I feel as I think it makes me look weak.

I like the sun, cold wintery days when I'm inside and can curl up with a book(I'm from Scotland), cats and cuddles.

Where to start.I love anything with a beat. I can listen to pop, classical or hip hop. At the moment I love the Ting Tings and Vampire Weekend.Musics makes me feel, whether thats sad, happy or whatever. As long as it makes me feel.

I used to read 5 books a week but find it really difficult at the moment. As with music I'll read anything that takes me away.

I like anything. Fantasy when I can believe in a better world with fairy folk who look after the good to a good thriller or a weepy that makes me cry for the right reasons
