Depression

i am someone who never realised how hellish life could be till about 4 years ago when i experienced panic attacks and depression in a really bad way, since then ihave gotten back up and fallen again and again, but have gotten stronger each time.
i have an illness...depression and it isn't who i am. (my shrink told me that one and i think it is a damn cool way to think!)
i am a single mum with 2 incredible, amazing and beautiful kids. i love photography and find it the best therapy :)
ummm not sure what else to say..not the easiest of things to do..talk about ones self.

i dislike people who cannot understand what it is like to have depression, they seem to think that you can just 'snap' out of it!
war, poverty, injustice, cruelty to animals, deforestation and the destruction of the environment, let me up on my soapbox and i could be here all day!
