Hi!
Life
sucks
then
there's
spring.
Does
sunlight
therapy
work
for
winter
blues.
Not
that
I
expect
a
cure
for
my
depression
But..............
I
usally
feel
better
about
life
in
the spring
and
summer.
I
think
this
is
the

didn't
do
much
today
which
I'm
glad
of.
This
was
my
last
day
off
until
I
have
to
work
at
least
the
next
3
days
in
a
row
which
all
start
early
having
to
wake
up
at
6
AM.
So
today
I
wanted to
just
relax
and
feel
as
stress-free
as

For
some
people
depression
seems
to
make
things
dull,
lifeless,
coloring
their
worlds
in
various
shades
of
gray.
For
me,
depression
does
the
opposite.
My
world
becomes
too
vibrant,
too
loud,
too chaotic.
My
senses
become
hypersensitive,
every
