am
so
tired
and
exhausted
this
last
manic
episode
has
worn
me
out
i
have
no
energy.
I
did
far
too
much
i
know
this
now
but
at
the
time
i'm
like
a
hurricane.

feel
ok
though
maybe
a
little
sad
but
only
when
sad
thoughts
enter
my
mind.
