SOMETHING HORRIBLE HAPPENED TODAY...

it
is
with
great
regret
and
sorrow
that
i
announce
the
passing
of
my
son's
fish
Swimmy...time
of
death
was
approximately
1130
am
give
or
take
5
hours...when
i
arrived
home
from
class
i
found
Swimmy
stuck
in
the
weeds
behind
his underwater
castle...his
mouth
and
little
bulgy
eyes
still
open...i
can
only
hope
it
was
quick...i
took
him
out
and
performed
FCPR
(fishie
cardio
pulmonary
resuscitation)
but
my
efforts
were
in
vain....i
know
how
many
of
you
cared
for
Swimmy
and
were
concerned
2
weeks
ago
when
his
tank
became
cloudy
and
were
pulling
for
him
as
i
tried
desperately
to
find
the
right
mix
of
gravel
and
water...he
fought
as
hard
as
he
could
but
this
time
it
was
not
meant
to
be...he
will
be
remembered
long
after
his
mortal
body
has
departed
...the
services
will
be
this
saturday
at
noon....in
lieu
of
flowers
or
donations
the
family
asks
you
instead
to
take
a
moment
to
hug
your
cat
or
dog...put
an
extra
carrot
out
for
your
bunny...look
fondly
at
your
fish
if
only
with
a
glance...and
never
forget
how
lucky
you
are
to
be
graced
with
a
pet
that
relies
on
you
and
you
alone
for
your
love
and
affection....here
in
lies
the
gift...thank
you
