Aww honey who has done this to you - who on earth could have made lovely you feel this way? If it was yourself (as it sometimes - no most often is - with me) then Andy is your man with the sensible advice. BUT if its not you well me who it was and I go sort them for you!! I don't know about you Lyn but I usually bring it on myself. One thing I am going to do going forward is to tell the truth. I am finding that not everyone loves because of what I do or who I am. Its still hard for me but they are there. Its believing it and accepting it that makes it tough for me. I hope you are able to believe it love because without that I'm afraid there isn't much left to hold onto. You need to believe that you matter to at least one person and that they matter to you. Can you do that today, love?
