You Tell Me...
What
makes
people
think
that
they
have
the
only
right
to
attack
others
with
no
retaliation?
What
about
the
way
that
children
are
being
raised
today
in
America
makes
them
think
that
it's
ok
to
verbally
disrespect
their
elders
with
no
remorse,
no
retaliation,
no
discipline?
The
way
I
was
raised,
and
I
am
what
is
considered
a
generation
x-er,
it
didn't
matter
what
I
thought
personally,
there
was
no
reason
good
enough
to
justify
a
verbal
attack
on
anyone's
character
or
person
no
matter
what
their
age.
Why
are
parents
allowing
their
children
to
do
this
without
disciplining
them?
In
the
last
few
months,
I
have
seen
a
14,
16
and
18
year
old
consistently
put
their
parents
down,
cussing
them
out,
yelling,
screaming,
disrespecting
them,
going
against
their
decisions
and
doing
whatever
they
wanted
to.
These
parents
allow
it!
WTF?!?!?!?!
And
tonight
the
18
year
old
verbally
attacked
me
and
my
character,
along
with
my
husband
and
his
character
and
then
had
the
gall
to
say
that
we
disrespected
her
and
demanded
an
apology!!!
All
of
this
was
done
in
front
of
her
parents,
who
didn't
say
anything
to
her
about
it,
not
to
mention
in
front
of
her
younger
siblings.
I
was
very
tempted
to
slap
the
snot
out
of
her,
especially
when
she
told
me
that
I
am
being
a
bad
mother
to
my
unborn
child
and
that
she
hoped
that
Social
Services
takes
my
child
away
from
me!
Where
do
people
like
these
ones
get
their
justification
to
treat
others
this
way?
