MINUTES
till
my
first
'appointment'
with
the
psychologist!
and
im
really
freaking
out
now!!
i
spent
my
morning
with
my
camera
at
the
nature
reserve
gardens,
it
distracted
me
temporarily,
but
now
im
home
this
is
all
i
can
think
about.
really
scared,
dont
know
what
to
expect!!
my
hearts
fluttering,
and
not
in
a
good
way,
i
can't
swallow
properly
and
i
keep
loosing
my
voice.
im
shaking
already.
