Depression

Had depression for 5 years but am finding anxiety and mania more of a problem recently, as it affected my working life so i'm now studying instead.
I'm currently thinking i may be bi-polar but kind of not sure and not on medication at the moment as it never seems to have helped in the past. Plus the highs are kind of good sometimes.
