Depression

Im 23 and ive had depression for 9 years. Ive found getting the right help very impossible and very frustraiting!

I like walks on the beach. Writing poems and songs. looking at the stars on a clear night..

Miserable days. Mean and ignorant people. Doctors...i hate doctors...GRRR!

i like most music,it usually depends on my mood but my fav bands are apc, arcade fire, postal service, alkaline trio, peaches, biffy clyro, incubus, foo-fighters, Pendulum, Scratch perverts, Jurrasic 5, 2 many djs....

I love to read...its the escapism thing...
I found Elizabeth Wurtzel beautifuly blunt about life, depression, and being human!
Im a little kid at heart and i love the old school magical books...i have read all the chronicless of narnia over and over again! My facv book of all time is the little white horse..And im a big harry potter fan and im not ashamed of it!
I also love cecilia Ahern, jeanette winterson, Margrett Atwood and Fay Weldon

I love films....im a wanna be film buff! My favourites are; Empire records, gardenstate, Moulin Rouge, Romeo and Juliette, the last kiss, pans labarynth, Kids, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, finding gilbert grape,Thirteen, Penelope, benny and june all the gingersnaps films.... there are so many more but i wont bore you!

I love swimming. but i hardly ever go anymore :(
