Depression Tribe

On medication to treat depression, normally have great sense of humour. Am on a diet and exercise programme to sort out my diabetes (recent diagnosis) Am waiting patiently for an appointment with the professionals to further help with my depression.
I have a 17 year old daughter by my ex husband and she has decided to stay with my ex partner. He has happily turned her against me hence my breakdown.
I am originally from Cardiff but have lived in holland for many years. I am now living near Clacton on Sea in Essex. Would love to return to Wales one day.
I have had different levels of depression since I was about 8 it might have been younger I dont really remember. I was bullied at school and in the workplace so pretty much still feeling my life is pointless. I have done my bit so why am I still here.
