I've been suffering from severe depression one and a half year now. In the beginning, I didn't really know what depression was and because I didn't understand how serious it was, I didn't have motivation to do much about it. It's been the toughest thing I've ever gone through. I'm on prozac (now 40mgs) and it is really helping me! I'm seeing a Christian counselor and that too has really been helpful.

I'm also undergoing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a psychologist.
