Depression

i have suffered from depression and anxiety for most of my life, cant remember a time when i didnt have it. in the last few years i had a few stressors occur in my life that really impacted my anxiety and depression for the worst. it really impacted my physical and mental health. the physical side is fine now, but the mental health issues are worse. i have this constant fear that something is physically wrong with me. so i feel the need to go to the doctor and hospital alot even though nothing is wrong with me physically. have racked up tons of medical bills.

child called it by dave pelzer this an autobiography of one of the most horrific cases of child abuse ever recorded in US history! it is astonishing what this man lived through and yet overcame it all, and succeeded in life. proving that no matter what horrible events we have been through we can over power them and succeed. I recommend this book to everyone
