I read your blog and I can really relate to what you wrote. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I just feel so bad and all these awful thoughts start rushing in my head. Then I usually have to go to work in the mornings so then that makes it 10x worse. It takes a lot to hang on sometimes :( But anyway, I hope you feel better and I'm here if you ever need someone to talk to.
