Depression Tribe

sighs..i could pretend and mask,im good at that.Something i learnt as a child,to add a glaze.
Normally i`m bright and easy going..but when ive fallen again ..well you know..I have had depression since my early teens,always managed to shrug it of,but not know,i have run out of glue since having two major episodes in six months..I`m so tired of it lols and i am struggling with the ups and downs and the pain.
On a positive note i`m a mother,and now a grandma.
I`m deeply spiritual and quite a caring person..so ive been told.

living!Any thing to do with nature,watching the sea,the swaying branches on a tree,the colour of flowers..the woods...being happy

Ignorant souls basically,having clinical depression..rudness,judgement,people who play mind games..

when i have the energy ..painting..gardening..walks..nature..reading ..any thing that feels good
