Depression

I'm a 20 year old who's gone through depression twice. I'm just trying to find a way to deal with the down days even when on medication. I'm hoping this will help since I tend to bottle up emotions instead of confronting people.

I enjoy laughing and talking. I'm a big talker, so it's hard to stop sometimes haha.
