I live in Kent, UK and suffer from anxiety and, as a result of this mild depression.

I tend to spend my life sitting on my own in my bedroom, or going to work, following the usual routine that I've become comfy with, which is pretty depressing when one looks at all the fun othe people my age are having...

I'd like to get out and do more, but that's pretty difficult when you don't have any friends living nearby.

I'm looking to meet people of a similar age and personality to myself, ideally living in the UK.

Lol. The thing i love about the winter mostly is that it gets darker much earlier. I love that because i tend to blush easily and find that well embarrassing! i feel alot more comfortable when walking outside cause if i do blush, people most probabely wont see. Woohoo! Hope you have a nice weekend. x

Metal (black, melodic-death, heavy, power, folk/pagan)
Celtic, neo-mediaeval & traditional folk music
Soundtracks

Bathory, Finntroll, Iron Maiden, SatanaKozel, Blind Guardian, Nightwish, Sonata Arctica, Nocturnal Rites, Elvenking, Leprechaun, Sonic Syndicate, Taake, Sabaton, Satanic Warmaster, Ensiferum, Falconer, Edguy, Calvarium, Grendel, Children of Bodom, Iced Earth, Nomans Land, Moonsorrow, Summoning, Leaves' Eyes, Forefather, Pagan Reign, Slavland, Thyrfing, DragonForce, Dream Evil, Alestorm, Astral Doors, In Extremo, Bob Catley, Mike Oldfield, Blackmore's Night

I like fantasy (J.R.R. Tolkien, Glen Cook, Eddings, George R R Martin), but I can't say any have really impressed me except perhaps Martin... I've also read a number of techno-thrillers - Tom Clancy, Larry Bond, etc.

I tend to pick non-fiction texts (mostly historical) these days. I think I have some vain hope I might pick up lots of knowledge by reading them, but to be honest, I forget most of what I read... :|

I like reading and should plough through far more books than I currently manage, but I just seem to lack the motivation or concentration...dunno why.

*Movies*
Lord of the Rings
Star Wars
...I have a terrible memory for movies, but there are others I liked...probably fantasy, sci-fi, action-thrillers or with deep meanings embedded in the story.

Babylon 5
Star Trek
Heroes
Have I Got News For You
Time Team
Mock The Week
Battlestar Gallactica
