hope

really
been
on
much
because
i
had
a
mental
breake
down
at the
start
of
september
but
im
now
getting
the
help
that
is
needed.Been
in
hospital

weeks
2moro
and
things
are
starting
to
look
alot
better
now

Since
saturday
i
have
been
even
worse
and
i
dont
know
what
to
do.
You
see
a
man
jumped
off
a
carpark
on
saturday,in
front
of
me,
and
ever
sine
all
i
can
see
in
my
head
and
think
about
is
what
happened.
I
feel
that
i
should
of
gone
up
there
and

hospital
with

the
other
day
and
still
nobody
will
help
me.i
didnt

it
