trying
to
fight
a
tidal
wave
of
sadness
is
making
me
more
sad
and
tired
as
the
days
go
by.can"t
see
the
new
shrink
until
april
9th.
will
ask
him
to
change
meds.the
ones
i
am
on
are
no
longer
working
as
good
as
they
were.it
seems
like

wished

were
not
so
sad
all
the
time.i
am
51
years
old
and
have
been
suffering
from
depression
for
over
24
years
if
not
longer.i
trusted
the
wrong
person
and
because
of
it
i
had
a
meltdown
a
couple
of
days
ago
that
i
am
trying
to
come
