all
my
friends,I'm
back
now
after
spending
11
days
in
a
crisis
transition
house
and
I
have
to
say
I'm
excited
about
starting
over
with
new
coping
skills
and
to
be
back
with
all
of
you
again.

I'm
lost,
confused,
angry,
sad,
lonely,
pissed
off
and
can't
get
my
mind
straight.
This
is
the
7th
day
I've
been
without
sleep
and
for
the
first
time
in
9yrs
I
had
a
fit
of
rage
today
throwing,
screaming,
crying
and
I

After
years
of
looking
for
a
doctor
to
help
me
and
not
knowing
exactly
what
was
wrong
with
me
I
finally
found
a
good
doc
who
has
pinpointed
so
much
of
my
problems.
I
have
fibromyalgia
(15
yrs
now)
rheumatoid
arthritis,
osteoarthritis,
