I'm lost, confused, angry, sad, lonely, pissed off and can't get my mind straight. This is the 7th day I've been without sleep and for the first time in 9yrs I had a fit of rage today throwing, screaming, crying and I don't know why.....help, oh God help me.....no one around me understands....
