has
anybody
had
CBT
therapy
and
has
it
worked
for
you.
Can
it
really
work
by
changing
your
thinking.
I
am
secptical
as
i
have
tryed
for
so
many
years
to
rid
myself
of
intrusive
thoughts.
I
know

they
come
from

fathers
funeral
is
on
monday
and
im
getting
worried
about
my
emotions.
I
havent
cried
and
i
just
feel
ok
about
it
all,
that
dosent
seem
right
to
me.
I
did
love
my
father
but
had
a
hard
time
with
him,
to
which
i
hadent
seen
him

sorry
i
havent
been
intouch
lately,
my
computer
was
down,
also
my
father
has
died
,
so
its
been
a
difficult
time
and
iv
still
got
to
go
through
the
funeral
yet.
Going
to
find
that
really
difficult
but
i

a
stand
still
today,
feeling
really
low
and
alone.

keep
myself
busy

constantly
try

find
things

do
because
if
theres
not
much

do

alone

myself

hate
that.
