Depression

I am a full time employee and I volunteer at the Humane Society. I like to see movies and go to concerts when I can. I go through a lot of ups and downs. I have had depression since I was young. I am a codependent and have PTSD. I am working on recovery. I think I will always be working on trying to get better. My downs are pretty low and some days are hard to get through. I am here on this website to get support and hear other peoples stories so I can continue my progress.

I love animals and nature. I like photography and digital painting and I can kind of knit. I like comedies and scary movies, good books, music and spending time with people who support me.

Winter, gray days. Feeling bored and uncreative ( I feel this way alot). Too much work and not enough play.
