Hello :)

My name is Jessica and I am currently learning how to live with bipolar depression, insomnia, generalized anxiety, an intense fear of bugs & insects and a lack of friends.

I am also an extrovert, very emotional, find comfort in my depression, fear losing being in control of myself and losing what is left of my confidence


LIKES
I am dolphin obsessed, love the colour pink, I love eating and cooking food (chinese, indian, thai, seafood, sushi, anything with chicken), dancing, rollercoasters, shoes, buying clothes, nightclubs, snorkling, tropical fish, skor chocolate bars, sweet potatoe fries, mango milkshakes, jamocha almond fudge cake, and travelling to the caribbean...

DISLIKES
Bugs, tomatoes, country music, ignorant people who refuse to change their views, politics, dishonesty, disrespect, lying, cheating, corruption, egotism, two-faced people, feeling inferior to other human beings, rude behaviour, rats, mice, bad breath, smoking, and taxes

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back with you. I haven't been online lately. I see a psychiatrist that prescribes my meds. The mood stabilizer (Lamictal) used with an antidepressant (Cymbalta) has made a world of difference for me. I also take one half of a milligram of klonopin each day. (for anxiety) The three of these meds together have made a world of difference to me. I have been trying different meds off and on for about 15 years. (makes me sound really old) he he Ifr you ever need to talk just let me know. We can all work through this together. hugs
