Depression

I am a 49 year old w/f married with 2 boys, 24 and 17, grandmother of 1 girl, 3. I am a nurse, LPN, for almost 19 years.
I am a class book introvert, crowds make me uncomfortable.I don't like to socialize much. Prefer solitude.
I was diagnosed with depression several years ago and am currently on zoloft, as of sept. 5 I am decreasing the zoloft and beginning cymbalta.
I enjoy writing poems and my thoughts about things Iam going through, self therapy.
