Depression

I am vanessa. I suffer with depression well i suppose i would be here if i didn't. Anyway i have had depression for a long time its been controlled by my good friend prozac and a mixture of other pills.
I have made a promise to myself this year i am going to change. I need to sort out things in my head so hopefully this website will kick start me along the way.

* writing, from stories through to songs and poetry
and lots more lol

I like action, horror and disney movies but the occasionaly chick flick doesn't do me anyharm

I run a youth group on a monday evening so most of my spare time goes on that but when i have a free moment i normally play call of duty or empire earth online.. or one of the many video games i have
