Hi everyone my name is simon and i suffer from bipolar and anxiety i seem to be on a low a lot lately love those manic times just cant remember the last time i had one, dont get out much these days too anxious realy, im from the uk but living in Australia now gets a bit lonely sometimes cause i dont know too many people seem to push friends away dont know why just seems to happen, been great chattin in here its helped me a lot so cheers guys.
