Depression

I have Bipolar II this was diagonosed in september 08 after suffering severe postnatal depression,also bulimia. I self harm and have attemted suicide on several occaisions. I get anxiety at times and in stressfull situations my ocd traits come out in full ocd. This said i am a very easy going person i used to be able to remain calm in a crisis maybe one day i will be able to do this. I am obsesed with tidines and like eveything organised including my life! I can't conccentrate otherwise.I am still trying to get used to my bipolar and how it affects myself and others.
I do try to cut less.
I used to have a drink problem this i have overcome on my own which is still hard at times.
I take venlafxine for the depression and aripiprazole as a mood stabilizer. I have a psychiatrist who i seen no more than 4 weekly.
I have a young daughter who keeps me busy and is full of mischief and have recently divorced from her father.
I would hope that i can make some good friends on here and i hope i can be a good friend in return.

I like to watch movies in the evening to help keep me busy when my daughter goes to bed as this is my worst time.

I need to find some but i have started to swim.
I enjoy baking and i would love to start a pottery class. All in good time though.
