So
yeah...I've
been
having
a
very
aggravating
and
stressful
day.
I
would
probably
cry
right
now
but
my
f@ckin
sister
is
in
the
room and
her very
prescence irritates
me
and
my
younger
sister
is
in
a
pissy
mood
and
told
me
to

I
don’t
know
what
to
do
anymore.
I
couldn’t
get
myself
up
for
school
so
I
spent
most
of
the
day
curled
up
on
my
bed
and
weeping.
Afterwards
I
cleaned
the
bathroom
and
did
laundry
to
distract
myself,
and
then
I
took
a
clonazepam
and
took
a
nap

So
this
weekend
has
been
filled
with
one
crisis
after
the
other,
and
I'm
beginning
to
wonder
if
it's
because
of
me,
of
something
I
said
or
did,
or
didn't
say
or
do.
I
search
my
memory
for
any
action
or
word
that
could
have
triggered

Today
(well,
technically
yesterday)
was
a
very
bad
day
for
me.
Nothing
physically
horrible
happened,
just
the
usual
anxiety
freakouts
and
breakdowns.
I
was
driving
home
from
school
anf
I
started
hearing
a
song
on
the
radio
and
all
of
a
sudden
I
