hi im 3o years old but still feel 21. I enjoy spending quality time with my 2 beautiful children, keeping fit and going out with my friends.(although hard to find the time at minute).

my ocd started not long after i fell pregnent with my first child and I have struggled with social anxiety, self confidence and depression since my teenage years, which can make life very hard at times.

I would love to get over my problems and enjoy every day instead of dreading to get out of bed. But my kids are the best thing that has ever happened to me and they are what keeps me going!Luckly i have up days as well as down and fortunately my up days seem to be increasing.
